Job summary
Ward A2 has 35 beds looking after urology ,ENT surgical patients. We are looking for someone who are caring, kind, compassionate and efficient nurse.
Main duties of the job
To take responsibility for the organisation and the day to day management of a team of patients.
To effectively lead and be responsible for the ward team and clinical care carried out in a designated area in the absence of and in conjunction with the Ward Manager & Deputy Sister/Deputy Charge Nurse.
To work in close liaison with the Ward Manager, Deputy Sister/Deputy Sister Charge Nurse, Matrons, Practice Development Team ( PDT) and the Multidisciplinary Team to provide the highest quality of assessment and evaluated care required to support each patient in their care pathway and improve the patient experience. Maintain clinical credibility and disseminate knowledge.
