Job summary

An amazing opportunity has arisen within the Emergency & Medicine Division of North West Anglia Foundation Trust, for the ideal candidate to be part of the Geriatric/ Medicine for Older People service specialising in Acute Frailty.

This post in time will develop into a cross site position however, primarily based at Peterborough City Hospital services are currently reflected cross site and may require flexibility of working whilst supporting all teams within the Clinical Business Unit.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the interface between primary and secondary care managing frail older people. We are looking for a team player who can embrace new ways of working and take an active lead in the development of Older Persons Services. Applicants wishing to work part time will be considered

To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME) and commitment to revalidation.
