Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior eRostering Administrator and Trainer to join our eRostering team at Royal Papworth Hospital on a 1year fixed term contract. This is a part time role offering 13.5 hrs per week.
Come and join our dynamic Workforce Information and Systems Team. The team is in two parts - eRostering (Allocate Optima, SafeCare Live, BankStaff and Loop) and Workforce Information (ESR, Payroll, Reporting). The postholder will be part of our eRostering team.
Support the eRostering Systems Manager to ensure that eRostering users are trained to enable effective rostering in accordance with the Trust's eRostering and associated policies.
Development and delivery of training for Optima and SafeCare Live.
The role will also provide a range of project support functions to support the implementation and delivery of e-Rostering projects.
Provide effective customer focused support via our eRostering helpdesk.
eRostering is a fast-paced and ever-changing environment where your personal training and development is key.
The plays a vital role within our team. This role will enable us to support the continued development and embed eRostering across the Trust to benefit our staff and patients.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of this role is to manage and deliver training to our end users. In addition, the post holder will be involved in the day-to-day functions within the eRostering team, and will play a vital role in rostering based projects.
The post holder will be an experienced Allocate Optima user with practical experience in delivering training -- in person and remotely.
As a key member of a busy team working in a fast paced environment, the post holder will be required to exercise good organisation and problem solving skills.
Excellent people and communication skills are key when interacting not only with staff at all levels within the Trust but also those with a varying degree of eRostering systems knowledge.
To support implementation of new system features for Optima, SafeCare Live and Loop which will benefit our staff and Trust.
The role will be based between our office in Huntingdon (Kingfisher House) and working from home. In addition, there will be occasional travel to Royal Papworth Hospital on the prestigious Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
