The Nexus EPR Programme Team is seeking a dynamic and proactive Benefits and Business Change Analyst to provide critical support to the Nexus EPR Programme leadership and workstreams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our programme, to firstly procure and then implement a new EPR system at Royal Papworth Hospital.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, Health, or a related field plus training or experience to post graduate level
  • Formal training and demonstrable experience in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, APMG)

Desirable

  • PRINCE2 or other recognised project management qualifications

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience supporting or delivering change in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of benefits identification, realisation, and reporting
  • Experience leading change activities and engaging multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience working on programmes with digital or operational transformation aims
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to translate benefits into measurable outcomes
  • High level of stakeholder management and negotiation skills
