We are now looking for a Clinic Booking Assistant to join our dynamic Outpatient Administration Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a Trust that truly values its people and their contributions.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Do:
Provide a welcoming reception service for patients and visitors attending outpatient clinics.
Use your initiative to manage appointment scheduling, clinic support, and administrative tasks.
Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and clinical teams to support smooth patient journeys.
Use digital systems to coordinate appointments, virtual clinics, and record accurate patient information.
Support and guide new or less experienced team members, and take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the team leader.
