Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Workforce Business Partner. This is a pivotal role for a credible leader who understands the direct link between effective workforce planning and delivering high-quality patient care.
You will provide expert advice at a senior level, leading on workforce strategies that have organisation-wide impact. With a strong background in the NHS or a similarly complex environment, you will have a proven ability to deliver complex projects, influence senior leaders, and work collaboratively with trade unions. You'll be experienced in workforce planning, pay and reward, employment law, and have the ability to coach and develop managers in employee relations, organisational change and good people management.
The successful candidate must hold a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant people management qualification, be a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and demonstrate a strong track record of continuing professional development.

- Experience in managing complex and sensitive employment relations issues.
- Experience in coaching and training managers in OD and HR issues.

- Demonstrable understanding of different models of HR service provision.
