Job summary
Royal Papworth Hospital is recruiting for a part-time Locum GP with a special interest in Sleep Medicine. This is a new post remunerated at 1 session per week with responsibility for the care and management of patients being investigated with sleep disorders.

Main duties of the job
Provide care to patients being managed by the Sleep service. This will involve assessing patients in Sleep Disorders Clinics, planning investigations, and formulating appropriate management plans.
Participate in MDT presentations, discussions and outcomes management.
Assist with recruiting patients to clinical trials, tissue banking and research methodology.
To share responsibility for the training of specialty trainees, clinical fellows and medical students in conjunction with consultant colleagues, ensuring that College and local requirements are met.
