We are looking for a Deputy Sister for Cath labs and Bronchoscopy, who shares our vision, our enthusiasm and our pride for scope of practice, personal governance and accountability. We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual with drive and passion for multi-professional practice development to join a dynamic team and to help the Trust maintain its position as one of the most innovative and leading NHS organisations in the country.

The post will enable the right candidate to develop their own portfolio in clinical leadership development. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional development.

Main duties of the job

Candidates will need to have previous clinical experience with evidence for supporting learning and development. It would be desirable for candidates to hold a mentor qualification or its equivalent and will be able to work flexibly across the rota to cover the service needs.
