Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong communication, administrative and organisational skills who is a confident and competent user of Microsoft packages and patient systems.
We are seeking an individual who will thrive in our fast-paced, high volume patient booking team, where delivery of high-quality services is paramount.
As a developing leader, you will set the benchmark for effective communication and engagement with both patients and colleagues. You will effectively utilise software tools to enhance the patient journey, analyse and interpret data, and present insights to support the team's objectives. A strong understanding of RTT and patient pathways is essential to succeed in this role.
This development team leader position presents an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop their leadership and management skills. In addition to driving service improvements within clinical administration through collaboration with key stakeholders, you will have access to tailored training and support to grow in the role and advance your career.
