We are an outstanding organisation whose strategic workforce objective is to offer the best staff experience in the NHS, enabling staff to fulfil their potential by providing a working environment where they can feel valued for what they bring to the Trust, developed to achieve their potential, achieve a work life balance, and feel engaged in their work.
In pursuit of this objective, we need to ensure that our managers and leaders have the right learning and development opportunities to enable them to lead and manage people and resources well, in a way that is inclusive and consistent with our values of compassion, excellence and collaboration.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a highly skilled leadership and development practitioner who brings experience of designing and delivering successful training interventions to a diverse and multi-disciplinary workforce. We are keen to recruit people to our team who care about this combination of difference as much as we do.
This role is offered as a permanent full-time appointment but flexible working arrangements will be considered.
