An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new team member in our eRostering team. Our primary workforce rostering system is Allocate Optima (formerly HealthRoster) in addition to SafeCare Live and Employee on Line. The team are responsible for inputting and managing the integrity of data in our workforce systems, and ensuring they are utilised effectively. We provide a high quality customer service for staff across the Trust, and deliver routine workforce reports for managers. The development of these systems will continue as we move towards a more paper-lite environment.
Applicants will have some experience of either Allocate Optima (Healthroster) or other electronic rostering systems. In addition you will need to have experience in using Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel.
Together with our other team members this role will continue to grow and embed the eRostering functions -- Allocate Optima (formerly HealthRoster), SafeCare Live and Employee on Line, across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide an efficient and high quality rostering administration service supporting the maintenance and development of eRostering systems and functionality throughout the Trust.
The post holder will support users to optimise the benefits of safe, flexible, equitable and effective rostering, ensuring we have the right staff, with the right skills in the right place at the right time. This is a key functions to support our staff and enable them to deliver the outstanding level of care our patients expect.

The role will be based primarily at our location in Huntingdon (Kingfisher House), with occasional travel to our new state of the art Hospital on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and some home working.

Our service hours cover 8am-5pm Monday-Friday however this may be subject to change to meet service needs.
