To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable in working autonomously, you will be able to be flexible with your workload and work to and consistently achieve targets. An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, you'll need to be able to demonstrate a clear and non-judgemental approach alongside a cultural awareness with a good understanding and positive approach to diversity.

Successful applicants will be required to be cleared for work with all pre-employment checks being undertaken before inclusion on the Hub. The intention is for all our Hub professionals to be able commence investigation work as the need arises. Once commissioned, you must be able to commit to a strict timetable that facilitates investigations being concluded within a maximum of 4 weeks wherever possible.

All appointments to The Resolutions Hub are reviewed on a 12-month basis.
