Job summary

The role requires excellent telephone and face to face conducts, a high standard of written English and the ability to multi- task in a fast paced environment.
This includes following trust standards for meeting and greeting patients and recording information on the Lorenzo system and escalating any delays to the Patient Flow Facilitator. As well as assisting the ward team by request/book hospital transport for eligible patients.
Main duties of the job
Assist with the coordination of patient activity through the hospital.
Supporting patient and visitors that attend Royal Papworth Hospital.
Always meet and greet patients efficiently and professionally while recording information on the Lorenzo system.
Assist the ward team with patient flow by request/book hospital transport for eligible patients.
Escalate to the Patient Flow Facilitator any information that could delay a patient's discharge.
