Job summary
The Post-Holder is responsible to the Head of Clinical Engineering, working closely with the Trust Estates team and Clinical Leads to develop good working relationships with Departmental Managers to form part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide the best possible Fire Prevention Service to the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The Post Holder will: deal with department correspondence in accordance with data requests, produce documents in response to requests, consult with staff regarding data information, determine department and service filing requirements for local use, establish and maintain systems for system data, equipment inventories and equipment service records. Complete and reliable data entry, view, convert and analyse data appropriately and extract validate and manipulate data from equipment management systems. Work to established and appropriate legislation. Manage administration and information systems to meet Healthcare Service delivery needs, providing information to support decision making and facilitate meetings.
