Job summary
*Provide a patient-focused, high quality, efficient and complete administrative support service and customer care experience
*Working within the Thoracic MDT team & to include organising and booking inpatient admissions and outpatient appointments
*Responsibility for the delivery of an aspect of the service which will include the tasks required to deliver that service taking action where necessary, and escalate any potential issues to the MDT Co-ordinator and Service Managers
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support and work as part of a busy team whilst developing their own skillset. Working alongside the operational and clinical teams your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for the Thoracic MDT coordinators & Service Managers. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your workload.
