Job summary
Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for PMO Support Manger to join its Digital programmes and projects team.The post holder will need to possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to forge effective and collaborative professional relationships both internally and externally. As a key member of the Digital programmes and Projects team you will be required to lead and manage of the Digital Benefits portfolio, as well as manging the PMO portfolio.The role will see the successful candidate understanding PRINCE2 project management methodology to support the Digital Project team in their delivery of Digital solutions from conception to completion. The role will provide a comprehensive, high level administrative management service to the Digital Programme Management Office.
Main duties of the job
The Digital Programme and Projects team is responsible managing the delivery of Digital projects. The team advises and supports the Head of Digital Programme and Projects on a broad range of technical and project tasks, highlighting issues, developing options based solutions and take appropriate actions to ensure successful results.The successful candidate will have the ability to produce and present complex, sensitive and contentious information of a high quality to a wide range of stakeholders in verbal, written and presentation formats. The candidate will provide a comprehensive, high level administrative management service to the Digital Programme Management Office and independently manage the PMO Portfolio and day to day administration, including registering of all new projects and initial scoping meetings in conjunction with the Head of Digital Programmes and Projects.
