Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior pharmacy supply assistant to join our distribution team.

The post holder will be based in pharmacy distribution and will be responsible for

*Coordinating the daily pharmacy distribution service, working closely with the Principal Pharmacy Technician for Procurement and Distribution.

*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the top-up rota, trouble shooting, raising concerns from the team, ensuring standards are met and assisting with the training of new staff.

Main duties of the job

Applicants should ideally have prior experience of working within a pharmacy stores environment; have good organisational and task prioritisation skills and be good at problem solving. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively as part of a team as well as in a team leader role.

You will be required to work weekends and participate in the late evening rota.
