Main duties of the job

Know before you attend

The recruitment event will take place in the outpatients department within our hospital on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. Please do not attend if you have any symptoms of COVID-19.

To find the Hospital, please follow signs to Car Park 2. The car park is located opposite the Hospital. Our postcode is CB2 0AY. There are disabled spaces on levels 1-4 and some electric charging spaces on the ground floor. This car park is run by Saba, a private company.

Alternatively, you can park at Trumpington Park and Ride or Babraham Road. Parking is free at all Park and Ride sites in Cambridge. There are disabled spaces located close to the bust stops.

We require either two forms of photo ID and one proof of address, or one form of photo ID and two proofs of address.

You are required to provide evidence of Right to Work

You are required to bring photographic ID -- one of the following: current passport, driving licence, BRP or EU Identity card

Proof of address eg council tax bill (for 2022/23), utility bill (in your name and current within 3 months), or original bank statement (current within 3 months).

Excluded for proof of address -- mobile phone bill, tenancy agreement (unless renting through council).

If you are on a dependent visa; you must bring your passport, BRP and your partners BRP and passport.

If you apply for a Healthcare Support Worker role you will also be required to complete a short test.
