Job summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IT engineer to join our voice communications team. The team are responsible for all communications equipment within the trust - including radios, mobile phones/tablets,telephony and call recording, across our three busy call centres and ambulance fleet.

The post will be based at our Trust Headquarters with scope for flexible working, although the post holder will be required to be mobile to support our staff across Yorkshire and Humber.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will primarily be supporting the Trusts telephony system, smartphones, tablets, radios and associated communications equipment in ambulances. You will require good project management, communication, and administrative skills.

This will be a key role supporting the transition of incidents from 1st/2nd line to 3rd line, working and supporting colleagues across the trust to help deliver an emergency service.
