We currently have apermanent, full time opportunity within our Medical Devices team as a Team Coordinator/Administrator based in West Yorkshire.

Post hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 -16:00

Although there may be times that the Trust requires agile working, this role is site based to support the wider Medical Team and maintenance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who can provide administrative support to the management team and engineers by contributing to a diverse range of tasks.

The role is currently based at Unit M, Brunel Road, Wakefield 41 industrial Estate, however the candidate should note that the base location may change to another site on the same industrial parkWF2 0XW.

Main duties of the job

The post holder under the supervision/direction of the Team Leader Medical Equipment will act as principal point of contact for users of the service to include individuals from within/outside the Trust.

The post holder will assist with the co-ordination of daily workloads and planning of asset servicing, this includes asset and engineer distribution and schedule creation and control within the department.

The post holder must have the ability to work autonomouslyin additional to receiving directions from their Line Manager when required.

The role will provide provision of a high-quality support and administrative service for the Medical Devices Department.

However there are times when the requirement to support the wider support service may be required, this includes AVP and Ancillary Services and the wider maintenance directorate,

Duties to include:

Using computerised information systems, word-processing, developing/maintaining filing systems, and processing issues, whilst continuing to develop and maintain good working relationships by being flexible, adaptable, polite, positive and empathetic, communicating effectively and informatively.
