Main duties of the job
You willmotivate and support the IUC Clinical Advisors and Health Advisors ensuring that performance and quality objectives are achieved through the implementation of robust policies and procedures, effective risk management and key performance indicators. You will help deliver and develop a fantastic end-to-end service for patients calling 111 in Yorkshire and Humber.

Youll be a generalist or specialist nurse or paramedic with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience as well as a minimum of 12 months experience of clinical triage over a telephone using NHS Pathways clinical assessment software. Youll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills with supervisory experience and have the ability to make quick, safe clinical decisions under pressure.
Youll be committed to your development and have the flexibility to meet the needs of the service, requiring availability to work rota patterns including evenings, weekends, nights and public holidays.
