Job summary
We are seeking an experienced volunteer development manager to help us fulfil our ambition to increase the role volunteers can play in supporting our services and in supporting people in our communities to stay healthy and access the right services when they need them.
Main duties of the job
The Volunteer Development Manager will be responsible for delivering a number of projects that broaden the role of our existing volunteers and for identifying and developing new volunteer schemes that support the Trust's objectives.

- Develop a strategic plan to expand volunteer roles across the Trust, maximising the contribution of volunteers and embedding volunteer programmes across the organisation
