Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Health support worker Apprenticeship within the AIRE COURT CMHT Team.

Our apprenticeship scheme is run in partnership with a leading provider to ensure you are fully supported through a high-quality training programme. The apprenticeship will provide you with valuable experience and offer a strong foundation for future careers.

Whilst completing your apprenticeship programme you will be a band B2 APPRENTICE Health support worker You will be expected to fulfil the full role and responsibilities by the end of the training period, and a development plan will be put in place by your line manager confirming the competencies they expect you to develop during that time. On successful completion of the apprenticeship[SI1], you will progress to band B3as Health support worker

You will be supported with your learning and the skills needed to undertake the role. You will be supported by our Practice Learning and Development Team (PLDT), the Apprenticeship Team and your Team Manager.

For non-admin Level 2 apprenticeships If you do not have level 1 Maths and English (GCSE Grades 1-3 or D to G, or equivalent) we can support you to achieve this whilst completing your Apprenticeship programme.
