Job summary

The CRISS Service in Leeds and York NHS Partnership Foundation Trust provides 24/7 urgent assessment and intensive home treatment provision to service users in Leeds experiencing a mental health crisis. Currently the service is undergoing restructure and development In the service delivery model following a recent Core Fidelity assessment, the successful candidate will be involved in the mobilization of this model supporting staff and colleagues through the changes .

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic individual, from any professional group with the relevant experience, who can provide clear leadership to the multidisciplinary team of nurses, occupational therapists, health support workers, and be committed to high quality service user focused care.

Main duties of the job

As Clinical Team Manager (CTM) for CRISS you will offer management support and guidance to the staff team and lead on specific developments as identified. This post is one of 6 CTM posts covering the service over 7 days predominantly working a 9am -5pm pattern so may include some weekend working. The post supports the Operational Manager to provide the leadership structure for the service overall. You will support the other band 7's in times of absence to ensure the whole service is functioning safely.

Within this role the post will lead all aspects of clinical governance and service improvement in an ever-evolving climate. Good communication skills and ability to work in partnership with a number of other internal and external stakeholders is essential.
