Job summary

To provide assistance to the eCommerce Manager with the transformation of Procurement and systems, including P2P and Inventory Management Systems. Along with Implementing change Projects from the eCommerce Manager.

Provide Leadership to the Transactional Procurement team, Catalogue and Content Manager and Accounts Payable Procurement function. Working with the eCommerce Manager to tackle backlogs and change unsustainable and inefficient Processes as well as implementing new processes.

Main duties of the job

Manage Projects within the Transactional Procurement, Accounts Payable and Data functions of Procurement with Directional input from the eCommerce Manager.

Assisting the eCommerce Manager with the implementation of catalogue systems as data integrity is a key objective to this role to ensure high quality data is entered into Trust p2p systems, and to influence and educate end users to use the systems in place as well as supporting the transactional and category procurement teams to maintain electronic catalogues/inventory data to the highest possible standard.

Assist the eCommerce Manager with transforming Procurement and Logistics into a data led function through creation of a procurement performance dashboard, representing total expenditure, transactional performance data that is externally facing and performance data that is internally facing. At all levels the improvement in data quality will create greater insight and drive future procurement activity.

  • Form strong and effective partnership working with Logistics and Procurement teams to ensure a cohesive service.
