Job summary

The West Yorkshire Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub are excited to offer this post as part of developing out innovative service that has broad remit to support all health and social care staff and volunteers across the region with workplace related distress and mental health issues. Alongside a specialist 1:1 therapy service we offer a range of preventative interventions including Schwartz rounds, trauma training, coaching and team support.

Main duties of the job

You will work as part of a team to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective secretarial and administration support service to the multi-disciplinary(MDT) teams under the direction of a Service Manager and supported by an agreed Job plan. The job holder will provide day to day supervision and support for a designated admin team or teams and will be responsible for liaison with other clinical and admin staff within Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to ensure an efficient and consistent admin support service is provided. Whilst the post has a strong remote working element car driving is essential across West Yorkshire.
