The Operating Department in Chesterfield is committed to a major transformation project to embed the Trust's CARE values and leadership principles into our culture, behaviours and the way we work. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role supporting effective change to develop the culture and performance of a team of healthcare professionals.

The post holder will use an Organisational Development approach to support the theatre improvement plans. We want you to be passionate about our people, our patients and their families, and the public service we provide.

Main duties of the job

As an Organisational Development practitioner, this post will join our Theatre Leadership Team. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning and facilitating training in response to quality concerns, process failures and other learning opportunities.

You will demonstrate inclusive leadership behaviours and be passionate about values, learning, wellbeing, inclusion, building staff engagement and improving the experiences of our workforce.
