An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us in the Cardio-Respiratory department as a Band 3 Healthcare Science Assistant - Cardiology.
The role will predominantly be based at the local Walton community diagnostic centre (CDC) however successful candidates will be expected to also work within the main Cardio-Respiratory department at Chesterfield Royal Hospital when required.
Main duties of the job
This role will include performing 12 Lead ECG's, fitting, and downloading of both ambulatory ECG monitors and ambulatory BP monitors.
Due to being predominantly based within the CDC, candidates should possess experience performing the investigations and be able to independently manage their own clinics with minimal supervision.
