Job summary

The post holder will be a registered nurse with a 1st level degree or equivalent highly skilled in the speciality of stroke medicine. They will be competent with all emergency stroke pathways and be able to demonstrate advanced clinical skills. The post holder must be passionate about the stroke service, be approachable, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure. They must also have leadership skills with the ability to influence others, being a role model for the team.The post holder will be responsible for leading on a range of projects which include productivity and efficiency, transformation, clinical effectiveness and quality.
