We are looking for an IT Training Supervisor to join our Health Informatics team and support delivery of high-quality digital training.
You'll design and deliver training for clinical IT systems, including the Electronic Patient Record (EPR), using eLearning, video, and face-to-face or virtual sessions to help staff use systems confidently in patient care. You'll also lead a team of trainers, manage schedules, maintain high standards, and work with clinical and digital teams to support system implementations, training delivery, and go-live activities.

Main duties of the job
As IT Training Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping how our staff engage with digital and clinical systems that support safe, effective patient care. Leading a skilled and supportive training team, you'll drive the delivery of engaging, high-quality learning experiences that make a real difference across the organisation.
You'll oversee the creation of innovative digital learning content, including eLearning, videos and user guides, while also delivering impactful training through a blend of face-to-face, virtual and hands-on sessions. Alongside this, you'll provide expert second-line support, helping users build confidence and get the most from our systems. Working closely with project teams and system specialists, you'll be at the forefront of system change and innovation supporting implementations, upgrades and go-live activity to ensure staff are fully prepared for new ways of working. You'll also coordinate training activity, support service improvement, and play an important role in developing both your team and the wider training offer helping to create a culture of continuous learning and digital excellence.
