Job summary
We are seeking a highly motivated specialist district nurse, to join the Rotherham planned District Nursing Team.

We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and committed experienced or newly qualified District Nurses with caseload management skills and multidisciplinary working, together with excellent communication skills, resilience and great leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others through change in order to enable us to maintain the delivery of high quality, compassionate, proactive and safe care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Locality Lead Nurse as required, across a range of duties and deputise in his/her absence as appropriate within the grading of this post
The post holder will have continuing responsibility for overall management of a clinical caseload and be responsible for the leadership and management of a nursing team in the provision of a high quality, clinically effective District Nursing Service.
Contribute towards the continual development of the District nursing service and integrated Health and Social Care Service by attending planning groups and working parties as appropriate and by ensuring that high standards of clinical practice are maintained and monitored
