Main duties of the job

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated professionals who can work in a busy environment within a supportive team and wider inter-professional support network. Working in the community provides you with the opportunity to manage and deliver individualised, 1-2-1 patient centred care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and District Nurse. There will be opportunities to grow and develop your clinical skills in a wide variety of areas with the support of the wider Nursing and Clinical Practice Education team
