16.5 hours per week
We are looking for Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Administration Team Leader for the provision of efficient, confidential and effective general administration support within Sexual Health.
The post-holder will be the initial point of contact for users of the Service, providing a professional approach when dealing with enquiries and to direct enquiries appropriately.
Undertake a wide range of administrative and clerical duties in respect of providing sexual health services to the population of Rotherham, ensuring recording and monitoring of patient records are in line with service specifications for the service.
Support Sexual Health professionals, ensuring good communication is maintained at all times to provide a high quality service for service users
