This is an exciting fixed term/secondment opportunity to join the Nutrition and Dietetics Team at Rotherham Foundation Trust.

Are you passionate in driving forward ongoing improvement in the hydration of those in our community care settings across the South Yorkshire ICB? The post holder will be working within a well-established community team with a base of Rotherham Hospital but with a commitment to travel across the wider ICB. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to help continue the work we have already established in Rotherham's care homes across the wider South Yorkshire region.It will involve complex planning of activities and key events including training, monitoring and collating outcomes to feedback to the project commissioners.

We support and encourage Continuous Professional Development and actively participate in student dietetic training with Sheffield Hallam and Nottingham Universities, the post holder will engage with student training.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the county and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will lead on the expansion of the Care Homes Hydration Project across the wider South Yorkshire ICB. The role includes complex planning of training, activities and events, alongside monitoring outcomes and reporting back to the project commissioners.

You will undertake a wide variety of non-clinical tasks to support the dietetic service in order to meet the aims of the project. Further detail around the role can be found within the job description and person specification
