An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Validator within the Division of Therapies, Dietetics, Medical Imaging and Community Services. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the existing staff base. We are looking for someone with the following attributes to join our team:

- Knowledge of services and pathways within Medical Imaging (Clinical Radiology, Cardiac Physiology and Respiratory Physiology) are desirable.
Main duties of the job
You will provide efficient validation support to the Division of Therapies, Dietetics, Medical Imaging and Community Services. You will work alongside our Consultants, Locality Leads, Senior Leadership Team and Clinical teams to provide quality data validation.
It is important that you are able to work effectively in a fast paced office environment, assisting with the management and validation of various submission reports to NHS England. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to varying demands.
You will be responsible for producing weekly/monthly data quality reports. It will be essential that you are able to work using your own initiative compatible with the role and that you maintain confidentiality at all times.
You will be required to carry out all duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the quality of the reports.
You should be able to use a PC and standard software packages including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel. MediTech knowledge is essential. You should have a good command of English, have experience in working with data quality and NHS targets and previous NHS experience. You should have experience in Electronic Patient Record.
Medical terminology would be an advantage along with some knowledge of the services within Medical Imaging (Radiology, Cardiac Physiology and Respiratory Physiology).
Good inter-personal skills and an ability to prioritise your workload are essential.
