Job summary

Part time - 32.5 hours per week -Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse Ward A7 Haematology inpatients.

We are looking for a Band 6 Clinical Sister/Charge Nurse for our Inpatient Haematology Ward. We are looking for experienced Haematology Nurses who wish to develop their career within Clinical Haematology.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who has current experience in Haematology and has a desire to lead and support a team.

Main duties of the job

The appointed person will ensure that we provide an environment and culture that continually aims to deliver excellent care and a good experience for our patients that is safe, effective, well led, caring and responsive as well as offering a really positive learning experience for colleagues and learners.You will be responsible for Audits, selected PDR's, education and development of junior staff and students.Where necessary deputising for the Ward Manager.
