Job summary

This is a new and exciting role that would suit an individual with a passion for data and systems who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal skills and has an eye for detail. You will be involved in supporting the ESR & Workforce Information team on a day to day basis, in relation to Workforce Data, Establishment, and all Electronic Staff Records (ESR) functions as necessary. You should be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant subject and be able to demonstrate a good understanding and importance of confidentiality and data protection. A self-motivated team player, you should be approachable, enthusiastic, determined and energetic with a flexible working approach. You will be organised with having the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines in a sometimes-pressured environment. You will maintain a professional, customer focused manner at all times. This role is a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

To update staff records within the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system including changes to employment such as increase/reduction in hours, changes to job role.Data analysis using reports extracted from the ESR system to improve quality of staff data held by the Trust.
