Job summary

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council & South Yorkshire ICB Place Urgent and Emergency Programme Manager.

Band 8B, 37.5 Hours per week - Flexible hours and working patterns would be considered.

It is a exciting time to join the organisations across Rotherham Place to deliver one of our most important portfolios of work, urgent and community care. This unique role is hosted by The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust but works across all health and care partners and offers an opportunity for someone to make a tangible difference to the lives of people in Rotherham.

To deliver in this role you'll need to be able to navigate between the various organisations, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, utilise your soft and analytical skills to influence and work between conflicting priorities to help partners to find common ground.

In return for your hard work, we will look to support you as best as we can. You will have significant exposure to senior colleagues across Rotherham including the ICS, TRFT and Council all how who have a track record of supporting and developing their staff. You will be no different.

Main duties of the job

This role is a critical part of the Rotherham Place transformational change and improvement infrastructure.

Working across the health and social care landscape and the providers within the post holder will lead, coordinate and provide forward momentum to the programme of change related to the Urgent and Emergency Care Programme across Rotherham.
