The Trust is invested in the transformation of the Electronic Patient Records in both the Hospital and Community settings and has been for over 10 years. We are seeking an ambitious individual to lead on digital optimisations and enhance the end user and patient experience at Rotherham. The post will be a key leadership role within the EPR Services function and will be responsible for application configuration, and identity and access management. The post holder will work closely with the Head of EPR and other Senior Leaders to focus on the delivery the digital transformation programme. This post will involve line management.

Main duties of the job

The post will work under the Head of EPR and lead, manage and develop the Application Specialist Team to deliver a high quality service.

To implement now policies and procedures within the team and through wider Trustwide projects.

The post holder will provide support to the training service when required.

The role will be varied, challenging, and rewarding as you support and develop the Trust through implementation, delivery and ongoing innovation and service development.

To enable the team to meet departmental and team level targets and KPIs.

To assist in build and decision making around the clinical systems in particular the Trusts two Electronic Patient Record Systems Meditech and SystmOne.

Great candidates will have previous experience in delivery and co-ordination of multiple complex projects/programmes. Along with familiarity with the what good looks like framework.

Experience
