This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Health Informatics department and implement our new Digital Strategy PROUDTOBEDIGITAL. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and driven individual to join us as the Application Project Support.

The post will be an integral part of the Application Specialist team, and will give support to the Application Specialists whilst also having their own work packages to work on.
A good candidate will be able to prioritise their own workload and work with others to provide an excellent service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the Application Specialist Team Lead to help support the team with configuration and incident management tasks. The post holder will be involved in the configuration of both of the Trusts EPRs (Meditech and SystmOne) and support the team in achieving the departmental and team level targets and KPIs. The role will include 2nd line system support and working with both internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to improve current working practices and troubleshoot issues.
