Main duties of the job

As a member of our B-level Estates team, you'll play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing the help desk, handling incoming calls, and ensuring that all departmental training is up-to-date.

You'll also utilise our Trust IT systems to streamline data management and perform various administrative tasks independently, such as note-taking, word processing, and drafting correspondence.

  • OCR II typing or Word Processing qualification or NVQ level 2 in Business Administration.
