Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with a passion for ensuring that the best quality health services are provided for the patients of The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. The role requires someone who pays attention to detail, is able to work under pressure and has a pleasant manner. This will be a challenging, but rewarding role for the right candidate. Experience of working in a busy office environment is desirable.
Main duties of the job
This is an interesting and varied job role, and your duties will include, Supporting the efficient and effective working of the Trust Patient Information Group, ensuring effective and efficient processes are in place Reviewing documents to ensure they meet the latest information standards Organising and supporting training and meetings Manage the diaries and correspondence of the Engagement and Inclusion Team The role is 16 hours per week, days and times are flexible, based on site at Rotherham Hospital.
