22.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Deputy Clinic manager in Childrens Out-patients at Rotherham hospital, this will be a job share with the current Deputy. The Deputy manager will act as a role model, demonstrating high standards of care providing clinical support and leadership to the staff in the team. The deputy manager will provide support to the Childrens matron in managing, leading and developing the service

Main duties of the job

The Deputy Clinic Manager will be responsible for the assessment of patients care needs and the supervision of junior colleagues, planning nurse led clinics, supporting the Childrens matron to ensure clinic runs effectively. Ensuring a smooth patient journey, including patient safety, managing any concerns and liaising with outside agencies and other department.
