Job summary

This is a new and exciting role that would suit a customer-focused individual with a passion for data and systems who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal skills and has an eye for detail.You will be involved in supporting the ESR & Workforce Information team on a day to day basis, in relation to Workforce Data, and all Electronic Staff Records (ESR) functions as necessary.You should be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, have advanced Excel skills and experience of using spreadsheets, databases and information systems to collect, retrieve and analyse information with the ability to demonstrate a good understanding and importance of confidentiality and data protection.A self-motivated team player, you should be approachable, enthusiastic, determined and energetic with a flexible working approach. You will be organised with having the ability to deal with conflicting deadlines in a sometimes-pressured environment. You will maintain a professional, customer focused manner at all times.

Main duties of the job

To develop, produce and analyse workforce information to provide appropriate information and Key Performance Indicators to be presented promptly and accurately to HR colleagues, Trust managers and the Board of Directors. Responsible for providing standard and ad-hoc, complex reports from the ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system as per the reporting schedule, in a timely and accurate manner as defined by the manager. To provide support to the ESR & Workforce Information Manager in the benefits realisation planning of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system. Responsible for data cleansing of the system and ensuring Work structures are maintained, for the benefit of all reporting systems out of ESR e.g. workforce reports, finance reports and learning and development reports. To be responsible for ESR system administration. Providing training and support literature when required by staff.
