Job summary

An exciting opportunity is available to join a dynamic forward thinking and busy team in providing comprehensive administrative duties. You will support the community heart failure and cardiac rehabilitation team deliver patient focused care. We are a Monday to Friday service and the role is 3 days a week based at Rotherham Community Health Centre.

Main duties of the job

The team is very busy and you will be someone who enjoys working under your own direction and initiative to meet the services needs You will provide full administrative support, including competent use of Systm One, Microsoft Office facilities and other databases. Your day will include answering phone calls and actioning these in a timely and efficient way, checking post, monitoring and ordering stock, creating and sending patient information packs, booking appointments, taking meeting minutes. You will provide statistical data recording in the support of meeting the services KPIs and national audit data entry
