Job summary
This new and exciting role within the Medical & Dental Workforce Department will provide project and administration support to its internal functions. These include Medical HR, Medical Recruitment, Medical Systems, and the Centralised Rota Team. The role provides scope for the successful candidate to develop/enhance their knowledge within the various functions of the department. The post holder will liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that work undertaken is efficient and that the quality of the service provided by the department is maintained to a high standard.
Main duties of the job
The purpose of this new role is to support the functions of the Medical & Dental Workforce Department by providing project and administration support as required, in addition to maintaining a portfolio of work for which the post holder will be responsible. This portfolio will be tailored to the successful candidate. Good working relationships are key to this role, both within the team, as well as with stakeholders throughout the Trust and externally. The successful candidate will be adaptable and able to prioritise workload accordingly, as well as being a strong team player.
