Job summary
24 Hours per week
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Dermatology team, enabling them to maintain timely Patient pathways.They will be responsible for ensuring that administrative tasks are completed within a timely manner and able to prioritise their workloads. This role will include rota management, having sight of the Patient tracking list and ensuring that all clinics are at full capacity.
Main duties of the job
Ensuring all clinics are at full capacity and working closely with the Contact Centre
Having an oversight on our Patient tracking list and ensuring longest waiters are prioritised.
Ordering stationary
Supporting the Nurses/ Consultants with ad-hoc tasks
Bookings for external study
Ensuring Patients are seen/ treated within a timely manner and escalating any potential breaches
