Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist / Administration Support to work in the community Dental Service.
Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly disposition are all attributes the ideal candidate will possess.
Main duties of the job
The post will be predominantly reception work, however you will also be responsible for providing general administrative duties including inputting on patient wait list, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases. Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access and email are essential. There is some element of audio typing for this role also.
You will need to have good and accurate literacy, numeracy, and administrative skillset is important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative. Good planning and organising skills are key for this role and you should be used to working under pressure. The post holder may have to travel to other sites across the Service.
