Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Medicine Administration team for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an Apprentice Administrator.The successful candidate must be customer focused, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.You will have opportunity to develop the skills that help provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service as well as gaining insight into the provision of education and development within the NHS.To be successful in this role you will possess computer literacy and a good education. For example: excellent interpersonal and IT skills and to include GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C (or equivalent). You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet the service needs.
There are two posts available, one inIM CSU Secretarial & Admin Support and another inIntegrated Medicine Management.
Main duties of the job
Provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service to support the smooth and efficient running of the CSU, which is part of the high quality service delivered by our busy Division of Medicine.You will be required to work as part of a team, communicating effectively and courteously with a wide range of internal and external personnel using various IT applications and updating training data.
