The Trust has a fantastic digital offer and as such was, along with our partners across Rotherham, the only place to be awarded Digital Aspirant Funding to continue development of this digital offer.The Health Informatics Directorate is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy IT Training Team as a Junior IT Systems Trainer.You will be responsible for developing high quality subject knowledge and support the team to develop eLearning, videos, and support materials to meet the needs of the Trust.Providing excellent customer care, you will be supporting staff to use clinical IT Systems including providing training in the classroom.You will be supporting your manager in producing training schedules and other service delivery duties including daily supervision of the training administrator.This role could be your first step to a training career or support your existing career in training in an exciting and friendly team. Main duties of the job
This role will support the IT Training Team in all their service delivery. Hands on classroom delivery is important to us and this role will develop over time a selection of courses to deliver. Personable soft skills, clear communication, a desire to teach and inner confidence are essential for this role.eLearning and Videos are a main part of our delivery plan and in house training will be provided to achieve this production. Attention to detail and ability to use authoring software is required.Effective customer support requires clinical systems knowledge, and this role will learn the two EPRs SystmOne and Meditech and to apply their knowledge in a safe and clear way. The ability to learn a range of software accurately is essential and in return, the satisfaction of helping a customer should be a key driver for this applicant.Microsoft Office is supported by out team and used daily in our work. Office365 tools such as Microsoft Teams, Forms and PowerAutomate as well as Excel/Word etc. We require a confident user of this software who is willing to learn to help users and the team.Service delivery duties also include scheduling courses, providing accurate record keeping, producing reports and some secretariat duties. Daily supervision of the administrator is included. This requires accuracy, diligence and team working
